Charlie DeAx
Owner & Chief Technician
Charlie brings more than 23 years of experience to the HVAC industry. He began his career as an installer’s helper and quickly advanced to managing an installation crew in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Over the years, his hands-on experience, leadership skills, and dedication to quality laid the foundation for what would become Five Cross Services, LLC. In February 2020, he and his wife Shelley decided to take the leap and fulfill their dream of building a company guided by integrity, expertise, family values, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.
Shelley DeAx
Office Manager
Shelley provides behind-the-scenes support across nearly every area of the business. She has worked alongside Charlie since the company’s inception in 2020, helping to build Five Cross Services from the ground up.
Cody DeAx
Installation and Service Apprentice
Cody is developing his skills in the HVAC trade under Charlie’s guidance. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning, Cody is a valuable part of the team, contributing to both installation projects and service calls while gaining hands-on experience every day.
